I've led early years settings, advised local authorities, and designed national improvement programmes — including one that lifted the number of children hitting age-related targets from 23% to 73%, and went on to win a Nursery World Inclusive Practice Award. I hold a BEd, a Master's in Education Management, NPQH, and the National Award for SENCO — and I bring all of that, plus decades of practical experience, directly to your leadership team, whether you're steadying an existing setting or opening a new school nursery from scratch.
