Why work with me

Grounded in practice, backed up with theory and evidence.

I've led early years settings, advised local authorities, and designed national improvement programmes — including one that lifted the number of children hitting age-related targets from 23% to 73%, and went on to win a Nursery World Inclusive Practice Award. I hold a BEd, a Master's in Education Management, NPQH, and the National Award for SENCO — and I bring all of that, plus decades of practical experience, directly to your leadership team, whether you're steadying an existing setting or opening a new school nursery from scratch.

Great webinar with @HuntEarlyYears this evening on the revised EYFS Framework. Thank you @Kinderly for hosting. #InspiredToLearn

This book really inspired me to develop how I worked with families — we definitely need to set the intent and then involve families in understanding our why and being part of our implementation.

Just reading your book Maureen and it's a joy.

A very interesting read... I liked the case studies, especially where lessons are learnt. Some common sense, some new ideas depending on experience.
